Aleks & Lee!

First off, I want to say that we love small town weddings! We were super excited when Aleks and Lee wanted us to follow them out to Boian, Alberta to photograph their small and intimate wedding.

The ceremony took place at St. Mary's Romanian Orthodox Church and was a unique and beautiful forty-five minutes. After Aleks and Lee were officially married we headed out for some beautiful rural shots around the church. Aleks and Lee were a blast to photograph and we wish them all the best!

Check out some of our favs, starting with the road leading to the church:

We loved the crowns!

Dustin & Missina (in Banff)

We took a trip down to the Rockies for Dustin and Missina's personal and picturesque wedding in Banff. The ceremony was at the Rundlestone Lodge and shortly after we took a walk around the area, taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings.

We feel blessed to have a couple that was willing to play in their photos, which took us through the hotel, the parkade and pretty deep into the forest.

These are some of our favourite photos, and it was hard to choose the thirteen that we did. Thanks again for letting us capture your day, Dustin and Missina.

And now...

Brett + Annette = Wedded Bliss!

The wedding day was the first day we met Brett & Annette in person and we quickly hit it off. We jumped right into formals at the University of Alberta Old Arts Building before making our way to the Whitemud Creek Community Centre for a beautiful, albeit wet from a nearby spraying fountain, outdoor wedding.

Take a look at some of our favourite moments from their day:

Scott & Susan... the Big Day!

All three of us descended on Susan bright and early in the morning - much to a sleeping Scott's surprise. Despite the early hour, this amazing couple and their wonderful kids made us feel at home and made taking pictures a breeze.

We were having so much fun out and about with Scott and Susan that we didn't want the day to end. Take a look and you'll see why:

Scott's morning Slurpee:

We all headed to the Edmonton Country Club for their beautiful outdoor ceremony with lovely music by the Stringbeans Quartet.

Once again, props to our assistant, Aadil, who did a great job.
